Our Fees
Our fee structure is simple.
We charge only 25% of your listing commission (after you pay the co-op) for properties up to $400k and 20% on properties over $400k, with a minimum fee of only $799. We are licensed brokers, so our fee is as simple as a referral fee on the HUD-1.
There are no additional fees to your client and we only get paid if we close, so you have nothing to lose.

How our service works
- You submit your short sale request through our automated system and receive notification of approval within 24 hours. All information is confidential until the short sale packet is submitted.
- You take your listing and collect the required information for our short sale packet
- You fax or email the short sale packet to our short sale department
- We enter the short sale packet in our system and begin the initial contact with all banks and lien holders
- We communicate and cooperate with all lien holders as necessary to get short sale approval
- We communicate and cooperate as necessary with the title company.
- We send you weekly updates on the status of your file until closing
